This page is part of my Year 10 Personal Project, where I’m basically breaking down skincare so it actually makes sense for teens.

If your skin reacts to literally everything and randomly turns red like it’s embarrassed for you… yuh, that’s sensitive skin.

This just means your skin needs a bit more care and less experimenting. (ain't a science lab)

01 - Cleanser

This is NOT the time for anything strong, scented, or “deep cleansing intense scrub” energy.

Your skin wants something gentle. Like the skincare equivalent of soft music and a calm room. (zen)

02 - Moisturiser

Think of this as a little safety blanket for your face.

Something light, soothing, and fragrance-free is usually your bestie here.

The goal is to keep your skin chill, not confused.

03 - Sunscreen

We aint trying to end up looking like a wrinkly orange. 👀

SO, therefore even though you have sensitive skin you still need that. Find one that is compatible with your type skin.

04 - Things your skin hates (be nice to it)

  • Trying every new trending product you see online

  • Strong fragrances (your skin says “absolutely not”)

  • Harsh scrubs (no sandpaper vibes please)

  • Overloading your routine

05 - Final Say

Sensitive skin isn’t difficult — it’s just picky.

Once you stop overdoing it and keep things simple, it actually becomes way easier to manage.

Tip: Have Hayfever? Hayfever can be a pain to your face in the seasons. Take Anti Hayfever pills n stay safe. (Ofc check if its valid for your age)
